Fiberglass Swimming Pool Restoration and Resurfacing

In October, 2005 Mr. Nash of Uglassit realized he was losing a major portion of his business and could not say anything negative about the UltraGuard product and tried to defame me. What he is saying on the next four pages are slanderous lies.

The below statements are just a summary which he goes into greater detail on the next 3 pages which were slanderous lies. In the next 3 pages I will address in depth every lying detail he has listed.

I never had to sue Bill Nash because he took down his four lying pages about me. At that time I told him if he would not take down the four pages I would expose him and the many lies about the quality of his product that were on his website. Then the internet would be safe from shysters like him. Consumer Beware is certainly appropriate.

Pool Resurfacing Exposed

Swimming pool resurfacing scams are on the rise. In the past two years alone, at least half dozen new web sites have sprung-up offering so called “high-tech” and “discount” pool resurfacing product. This sudden influx of swimming pool resurfacing scams on the internet is appalling. We began with a short, discreet warning on our insider information page about phony addresses, one specific web site. But the more I looked at the web site, and the individual operating the site more I realized that the time has come to warn the public, and damn the potential lawsuits from perpetrators.

This particular web site s only one of many that will be included as we go forward. For now, the dialogue has been transferred from insider information. A new resurfacing web site claims you can just roll industrial concrete coating on a gunite pool a will last longer than a fiberglass shell. Is that possible??

I know the site. Mr. Kenneth Bankoff is the owner. it’s www.poolrestoration.com and I copied alleged address of his business from his website, just to be sure it’s correct:

Contact US at:

The address does not exist, check it out at Yahoo Maps or Google Maps, or any other mapping
program. Of course, Mr. Bankoff will explain “the web designer must have made a mistake”. But can be certain the phone number is right. You can also be sure he can take your money, he eve a reputation or giving big discounts, if the final payment is made in cash!

Mr. Bankoff is well known person in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area and has a long history
activities, lawsuits, judgments, and bankruptcies taking place in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
involving is many, many, swimming pool business activities.

However, this is the first time Mr. Bankoff has ventured into an International market a the internet have kept the names of so many people trying to locate him over the years. I also have the nar at least 11 different swimming pool businesses formerly owned by Mr. Bankoff.

The above statements are just a summary which he goes into greater detail on the next 3 pages which were slanderous lies. In the next 3 pages I will address in depth every lying detail he has listed above.

UPDATED 1-10-06:
On another page, the following address was copied from the web site owned by Mr. Bankoff.

ULTRAGUARD
153 Waverly Rd.
Mt Laurel, NJ 08054

This address does exist in Mt. Laurel, and more information to follow very soon!

This information will probably generate litigation by Mr. Bankoff against both myself and UGLASSI Perhaps then we’ll learn his true address, that alone will make many former customers very happy And even help justify our legal fees. Consumer Beware is certain appropriate.

Mr. Nash claimed that the address in Mt. Laurel, NJ was nothing but a front. All mail would be returned to the person that sent it. This never happened because the zip code was correct. Today, 6-years later, we use the same location for our warehouse, display pool and office by appointment only. I believe he knocked over the mailbox after taking the pictures that are above.
