It’s has now been over six
years that I have tolerated the fraudulent lies from
Bill Nash.
He has now made a major mistake with his last article
dated 11-13-09 which is on his website now. He keeps
speaking of a 3rd party person that has told him something
personal about me. He now claims that this person saw
Jeannie and me blind drunk in Vegas in 2008. I must
admit I do drink an apple martini or two before dinner. I have
not been drunk since I was a teenager. I would like to ask
you what this has to do with the quality of the UltraGuard
and possibly why you should buy it or not buy it?
This
obnoxious low-life mentions about a "live in friend".
He knows very well her name is Jeanne Conover and lives
at the Mt. Laurel residents on a 1 ½ acre beautiful
wooded lot. Below is the picture of Jeanne’s
pool that was completed in 2003 where I personally did
decorative concrete around the walkway of her pool and
of course the UltraGuard 6000 for the interior of her pool.

This pool is still used as a display pool by appointment
only. We still use this property as a warehouse today.
What Bill Nash doesn’t tell you Jeanne’s
husband passed away a year before I worked on her pool.
We became best friends and she became the brains of the
UltraGuard website. Without
her I would probably not be on the internet today. As
you can see she is more than a live in girlfriend. I don’t
believe in the past 6 years that one of our customers ever
had a problem mailing anything to us. Bill Nash
claims that our address is a mail drop and is forwarded
to a PO Box and this is not a real address. Mr.
Nash ever time you open your mouth you entangle yourself
with more lies you cannot get out of.
He tries to instill doubt in your mind about my no nonsense
warranty. Which has been very successful with my homeowners.
Some of my customers call me 2 or 3 times a day.
Once the homeowner owns the UltraGuard product they
receive a hot line phone number, which they can call us on
the weekends or after hours during the week. When
they are prepping the pool or installing the product. I
don’t understand how he could take the best and only
warranty in the pool industry today and try to turn it into
something negative.
What I am about to tell you now is beyond
comprehension even for Bill Nash. My accountant
Geoff Thompson had a person walk into his office and
ask if he was the accountant for Ken Bankoff and UltraGuard.
He acknowledged that he was. He then asked if
he was the person who signed the letter that was in his
hand. Geoff said to this person before he gave any additional
information he wanted to know the name who he was talking
to. Reluctantly he said his name was Bill Nash. Again
Bill Nash asked if he signed the paper, which he said
he did. Bill Nash then ran out of the office without
saying a word. Maybe you could tell me the actions
of Bill Nash; was he paranoid or mentally distressed
at that time. Are these
the actions that must take place to compete with us or
does finally realize that he cannot say anything negative
about the UltraGuard product? In the past he has always
used a third party to tell about their problems? If all
these statements are true by the third person and are
not lies why is it he has never given the names of these
fictitious people in the past six years.

He has now posted on his website a
page dated 11/29/09 telling you to click on ()
which I have read. I plan to be a member soon and look
forward to answering these people that have made negative
remarks about me and my product on this website. I
am sure you have seen the pictures of Seth Minster’s
pool that failed. I do acknowledge
on my website that I have less than 2% failures. I
spoke with Mr. Minster yesterday 12/1/09. He is a very
nice person and I had a very interesting conversation with
him. I will soon post all the reasons
why his pool failed on the same website where you see his
negative remarks and pictures of his failed pool. I
do understand his frustrations at that time, but there
are reasons for everything that happens.
Shown below are the actual
testing results from my chemist. Remember I shipped
him a new order, paid for the freight even though he
did not have a control number. No
manufacture or distributor would ever extend the courtesies
that we gave him.

I know for a fact at least two people that posted
negative information on this website, in reality, it was
Bill Nash that did the posting.

Bill Nash's Latest Nonesense Suggests I Wear a Disguise...
Bill when you are very young you age
every month.
When you are in your teens you age every 10 years.
When you are in your sixties you age every 5 years.
Bill do you think I should use botox? I hope you look this
good at seventy. Why don’t you say something negative
about the UltraGuard product? It’s
been six years and your still trying to slander me with your
dumb lies.

Hi,
My name is Blue. I am Mike's wife. I just discovered
this blog Mike had. Unfortunately Mike is no longer
with us and I don't have access to this blog.
Shortly after making his last post Mike was poisoned
by the Ultraguard paint he was using to refinish our
pool with. It seems that the paint is very toxic. I
can't say much since we are in litigation with Ken
Bankoff and the man is a maniac.
If you were considering to use the Ultraguard porduct
and you value your life I wouldn't use it.

This sick website has been
up for nearly three years. Thousands of my customers
searching the chat rooms and blogs have seen this prior
to purchasing the UltraGuard. There was never a lawsuit.
My UltraGuard never killed anyone because it is 100%
green product. Who is really Mrs. Blue? Where does she
live? What’s
her last name?
Bill this sounds like something you put up. Please do
not put up any other stupid links. It
makes you look desperate, paranoid and you are losing
all credibility.

I will no longer waste my time
and answer any replies to Bill Nash’s accusations
on this website. All the information you need
about the Uglassit product, and the lies that are on
his website will soon be on a dedicated website www.fiberglassswimmingpoolresurfacing.com.
I would like to give you a fast profile
of Bill Nash and his history of being a common suede shoe
salesman, con man and a bait and switch representative of
a fiberglass restoration company that went out of business.
Any good con man knows he needs to build creditably of who
he is first. Once he has accomplished this, chances
are he could sell you anything he wants including a bridge. He
does this by putting up information that are articles of
interest, such as electrical alert, consumer product safety,
child drowning alert, pool product recall alert, etc, etc.
You are now very comfortable with this man and would possibility
buy his product. That would be a mistake
because this product, chances are, will not last more than
4 or 5 years, and you have no recourse because he gives no
warranties. Oh yes, then you have the American Flag
on your home page. All of us are proud to be Americans and
love our flag. What in the world is an American Flag doing
on a website for pool interiors. Does this really help a
con man get additional creditability?
0ops I got you again Bill... You never cease to amaze me.
Your American flag was first posted in 05 when hurricane
Katrina hit Louisiana. You offered these unfortunate people
additional discounts. This statement was next to the American
flag. After a short amount of time you took this statement
down but kept the flag up and added other patriotic symbols
such as stars, stripes and of course red, white and blue
at the top of the page.
I must admit you are the ultimate con man. When you realized
I had you exposed with the American flag, you immediately
posted on the flag (manufactured in USA) that tried to offset
my above remarks.
Bill, need I tell you again what ever you put up on your
website about me that is inflammatory negative statements
will come back a haunt you. Please cease and desist.

I think I would like to mention
one more thing to show you how Bill Nash misrepresents.
When you buy his instructional book of application that
cost $12.95 he tells you its 60 pages of information
but in reality its only 30 pages, because every other
page is blank. The cost of handling
and sending it to you is an additional $13.95 where he
is making a greater profit with shipping than the cost
of the book. Can you really trust this man?
______________________________________________________________________________________________
It comes down to the point; you
the consumer have to make a decision that you
are going to trust Bill Nash or me. I have acknowledged
over the years as a pool contractor, I have had my problems
mostly with the fiberglass application. You are now trying
to get the best product for your budget, and of course
with the greatest longevity, and that is the UltraGuard
product. Please take time to search
the internet make comparisons and I believe you will
be one of my customers next year.
I must acknowledge that for the past
6 years I have lost a yearly dollar volume of 20 to 25%
because of the lies that Bill Nash has on his website. If
you are still uncomfortable and do not want to do business
with me you now have the option to buy from another company
that has the same exact product as UltraGuard, but with
a different private label. This
company also has a fiberglass application that is superior
on every level to Uglassit.
______________________________________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO LEARN
NOW IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT. FOR YEARS UGLASSIT
HAS BOUGHT THEIR GEL COAT UNDER PRIVATE LABEL FROM MAHOGANY
OF MAYS LANDING, NEW JERSEY, RECENTLY BOUGHT OUT BY NORTH
AMERICAN COMPOSTES NAC, WHICH IS OWNED BY INERPLASTICS.
INTERPLASTICS IS THE LARGEST MANUFACTURER OF RESINS (GEL
COATS) IN THE COUNTRY.
IF YOU SHOULD CALL (NAC) AND ASK FOR A TECH OR CHEMIST THEY
WILL TELL YOU THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEES ON THEIR
GEL COATS, AND THEY DO NOT RECOMMEND
USING IT ON ANY TYPE OF SWIMMING POOL INTERIORS AS A RETRO
FIT. BILL NASH YOU CLAIM YOUR EXCLUSIVE GEL COAT HAS
A LONGEVITY OF 15 YEARS. EVERYONE NOW KNOWS WHY YOU CANNOT
OFFER EVEN A ONE YEAR WARRANTY. CONSUMER
BEWARE. THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY LIES BILL NASH
HAS ON HIS WEBSITE.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Ken
