I am sure if you read Uglassit website, you read about Seth Minster and Victor Lewis that had failures with the UltraGuard. Bill Nash does not want you to read the information that is below. Please take a few moments and read that information.

He has now posted on his website a page dated 11/29/09 telling you to click on (www.troublefreepool.com/ultraguard-hi-build-epoxy-coating-t10389-20.html) which I have read. I plan to be a member soon and look forward to answering these people that have made negative remarks about me and my product on this website. I am sure you have seen the pictures of Seth Minster’s pool that failed. I do acknowledge on my website that I have less than 2% failures. I spoke with Mr. Minster yesterday 12/1/09. He is a very nice person and I had a very interesting conversation with him. I will soon post all the reasons why his pool failed on the same website where you see his negative remarks and pictures of his failed pool. I do understand his frustrations at that time, but there are reasons for everything that happens.
Mr. Minster is now a satisfied customer.

Shown below are the actual testing results from my chemist for Mr. Minster. Remember I shipped him a new order, paid for the freight even though he did not have a control number. No manufacture or distributor would ever extend the courtesies that we gave him.

Mr. Victor Lewis has only himself to blame for his failure. He filled his pool too soon, iron in his well water and calcium. We have less than 2% failure but he did not call for instructions to fill the pool. Test results are available if you call us. We are trying to resolve and satisfy his problems. No manufacture distributor or contractor with his mistakes would ever speak to him again.

Mr. Victor Lewis is now a satisfied customer because he lives near the factory in St. Petersburg, Fl. and pickup a brand new order at no cost. He has the second order installed in his pool for the past 3 months and he loves the beautiful look and the maintenances free properties it offers.

I know for a fact that at least two people that posted negative information on this website, were actually Bill Nash trying to plant false evidence against me. As you can see below the blog adminsitrator had to censor his comments due to the personal attacks he threw at me! This further proves my case that Bill Nash will do anything to try and drag me down.
