I think it’s time that consumers searching
the Internet know the shady history of Bill Nash.Prior
to offering his fiber shell coat to consumers on
the Internet, he was a sales manager and field
supervisor for Sunrise Leisure where he stole 10’s
of thousands or probably 100’s of thousands
of dollars from his customers. For ten years when
he worked for Sunrise Leisure he was the best sales
man they had.
Sunrise Leisure was a bait and
switch company that offered fiberglass restorations
by direct mail. The ad offered a 25-yr warranty
which was misleading, because it had a price of
$1,999.00 which only had a
one year warranty. That
was the bait the switch to the
25-year warranty. That had a price of $14,000.00. This price was
negotiable. If the customer did not know that this
price of $14,000.00 was negotiable and paid that
price. Bill Nash pocketed
and kept the $7000. Would
you call Bill Nash a reputable and honest salesmen
or a thief taking advantageous of unfortunate customers
that trusted him.
CAN YOU
REALLY TRUST THIS MAN AND WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH HIM?Sunrise Leisure
of Philadelphia went out of business 6 or 7 years
later after their many failures. A new company
with the same name and the same bait and switch
tactics opened up in Delaware the following year.
Bill
Nash is now selling a product that is identical
to what Sunrise Leisure once used. This is the
same project that caused them to go out of business
because of their many failures. How can the homeowner
install a fiberglass application that would be
successful when his professionals had failures?
I
feel I have to mention one other very sad situation
that occurred when that customer did not have the
budget for the 25-year guarantee. Mr. Nash would
write a contract with sky high interest rates with
a 6-year payout. The customer’s
fiberglass application would usually fail after
the first year and had a pool that was a disaster
and a pool he could not use and still had 5 years
of monthly payments.
Bill Nash should be the last person
to be critical of someone else’s past considering
his history is a absolute disgrace. You could not
trust him 10 years ago and you certainly cannot
trust him today.
Any good
con man knows he needs to build creditably of
who he is first. Once he
accomplished this, chances are he could sell you
anything he wants including a bridge. He
does this by putting up information that are articles
of interest, such as electrical alert, consumer
product safety, child drowning alert, pool product
recall alert, etc, etc. You are now very comfortable with
this man and would possibility buy his product.
That would be a mistake because
this product, chances are, will not last more than
2 or 3 years, and you have no recourse because
he gives no warranties. Oh yes, then you have the American Flag on your
home page. All of us are proud to be Americans
and love our flag. What in the world is an American
Flag doing on a website for pool interiors. Does
this really help a con man get additional creditability?
Members

the quality of his product, people today are reporting
